Hosted at Mocha Lisa Coffeehouse, 2825 4 1/2 Mile Rd, Racine

Every week (as long as it's not raining), I will lead a full-body, relatively gentle session that includes seated, standing, and laying down positions. It’s a focus on nervous system reset and mobility. On a scale of 1 (gentle) to 5 (intense), this is intended to be a 3 with a variety of movements at a relatively slow pace.

$15 includes the class and a free-drink card. No advance registration needed. Call the cafe or text me at 414-215-0270 if you are not sure about weather conditions that evening.

Tiny Hooves Connection & Compassion Series, June 27 and Aug 2, 10:30-12:30

IMG_0996.jpg

Hosted at Tiny Hooves Farm Sanctuary, 1117 N Britton Rd, Union Grove, WI

Designed for adults-only in order to allow the group to be inside the barn stalls or pastures directly interacting with the animals.

Escape the daily grind for a deep dive into peace and a reciprocal loop of healing. This adult-only session allows for meeting animal residents and hands-on connection with those who are comfortable with physical contact. After familiarizing yourself with the animals, participate in a guided group energy session to clear mental clutter by grounding yourself in the rustic earthiness of the sanctuary farm. We will then collectively practice an offering of peaceful, loving energy back to the sanctuary residents.

I will highlight the resident animals' personalities to help you connect and understand them. You're welcome to ask questions about species, sanctuary farm life, following a compassionate dietary path, etc. You'll leave with a lowered stress level, profound sense of fulfillment, and a heightened sense of emotional resilience that all comes from this compassion exchange.

Advance registration required. This is a volunteer-run event, donating all proceeds to animal care. Visit https://www.tinyhooves.org/tours for sign-up.

Tiny Hooves Fence-Side Friendship Series, July 5 and Aug 15, 10:30-12:30

IMG_9272.webp

Hosted at Tiny Hooves Farm Sanctuary, 1117 N Britton Rd, Union Grove, WI

Designed for children and families

We're teaching the next generation to be "sanctuary superheroes" by showing love to animals who have been rescued. From behind the safety of the fence, children can watch the residents play, snack, and nap. A kid-friendly guide will lead a fun "calm-down" session, teaching children how to find their inner peace through simple breathing and happy-heart thoughts. To finish, we'll practice "invisible hugs" -- sending all our kind, happy energy over the fences to the animals to let them know they are loved. Kids will build empathy and patience. They'll learn that they can show huge amounts of love just by being a calm, kind presence, helping them feel connected to the world around them.
