100% Virtual

Everyone has thoughts that sabotage their performance and relationships. Train your brain to catch destructive thoughts and shift to a clear-headed, positive response.

I guide you through a 6-session virtual program where you experience weekly lessons, weekly guided coaching, and support for daily guided practice in short bursts. You will build mental muscle for positive habits by strengthening the neural pathways in the brain that tap into wisdom and ease.

Hosted on Zoom by Meditate Milwaukee

Join any days when it works for your schedule.

Develop a healthy brain by joining the Meditate Milwaukee community online DAILY to meditate together. Everyone is free to do their own practice during this hour of accountability. It will be a challenge for all of us in different ways, so we’re showing up to offer each other motivation and accountability. A daily challenge during January was extended through February, and we now continue to show up every day we can because the personal benefits have been so impressive.

We will be in silent meditation, however, you are welcome to listen to your own guided meditation, use an app, or video. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and start the new year with intention and deepening mental fitness habits through consistent practice.

WI Law Enforcement Peer Support Conference, March 2-4

IMG_6890.heic

4th annual Wisconsin Peer Support & Wellness Conference
Hosted by the Department of Justice March 3-4, 2026
Kalahari Resort, Wisconsin Dells

This conference exists to support first responders as they deal with the stressors and traumas in their work. It brings together resources and experts to provide tools and training that first responders need to be healthy mentally, physically, and spiritually.

Cassandra Bjelajac presents "Challenge vs Threat: Brain Training and Nervous System Regulation". Learn how mastering the mind can allow you to respond with mental clarity when under stress and return to a truly relaxed state afterward without being dependent on "spacing out" activities like TV, alcohol, and social media. Understand nervous system function and how it is possible to counter the wear and tear from the job. Learn the physical benefits from practicing a challenge vs threat awareness. This session includes demo and participation in brief yoga techniques delivered in a job-specific way: tactical breathwork, physical drills, and neuro reset.

Morning yoga classes are led by Cassandra prior to conference sessions each day.

Who should attend: Police, dispatch, fire/EMS, attorneys, mental health providers, and civilian staff. Agenda and vendors will be announced soon. Use this registration link.
