100% Virtual

Everyone has thoughts that sabotage their performance and relationships. Train your brain to catch destructive thoughts and shift to a clear-headed, positive response.

I guide you through a 6-session virtual program where you experience weekly lessons, weekly guided coaching, and support for daily guided practice in short bursts. You will build mental muscle for positive habits by strengthening the neural pathways in the brain that tap into wisdom and ease.

Message me to schedule a discovery session and ask about pricing deals.

Hosted on Zoom by Meditate Milwaukee

Join any days when it works for your schedule.

Develop a healthy brain by joining the Meditate Milwaukee community online DAILY to meditate together. Everyone is free to do their own practice during this hour of accountability. It will be a challenge for all of us in different ways, so we’re showing up to offer each other motivation and accountability. A daily challenge during January was extended through February, and we now continue to show up every day we can because the personal benefits have been so impressive.

We will be in silent meditation, however, you are welcome to listen to your own guided meditation, use an app, or video. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and start the new year with intention and deepening mental fitness habits through consistent practice.
